**THE OPPORTUNITY**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our high-performing Administration Team.

This dynamic, fast-paced environment will see you using your exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to provide account reconciliation and management support to PACCAR Financial.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Account reconciliations across both retail and wholesale loan portfolios using various business systems.
- Provide monthly statements and ad-hoc reports for key customer accounts including Finance, Leasing, and Repair/ Maintenance charges.
- Perform accurate and timely preparation of customer loan payout quotes.
- Handle all major customer account transaction enquiries and ensure cash is correctly applied against loan contracts.
- Resolve client charges and payment queries.
- Reconcile and resolve any account related discrepancies and compile customer refunds for approval and payment.
- Perform ongoing review and maintenance of Work Instructions to ensure they are kept up to date.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements, collating data set requirements.
- Assist with daily system start up and month end roll over when required.
- Perform special projects as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Accounting/Finance degree or Business-Related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Up to date knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical spreadsheeting skills.
- Administration experience and Computer Modelling skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills and focus.
- Excellent organisation skills with an ability to plan and prioritise.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
