Hatch is supporting RSM to find a great Marketing Digital Adviser to join their Marketing team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like RSM.

**About the role at RSM**

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role includes managing the content & campaign calendar and working with the National Marketing Team to create content and assets across multiple channels. You must have a high level of organisation while blending strategy with engaging content to drive client leads and referrals. You will work with the rest of the marketing team to schedule and execute the range of activities to ensure the campaign’s success.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Campaign Planning and Execution - Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns
- Strategy and Campaign Formulation - Design and execute the promotion of the organization or brand to the public
- Marketing analytics and reporting - Collect, analyze, and report on metrics to determine the success of marketing efforts and return on investment
