The Early Education and Care (ECE) sector is facing a workforce crisis. This means children and families are missing out on critical support in the early years, particularly in vulnerable communities.

We are looking for a "people person". Someone who understands the unique challenges of working in with children and families, and what employees need to feel valued and supported.

**This role will include**
- Working with service managers to creatively find recruitment solutions in remote areas
- Completing regular care calls with new starters, referring them to our additional support and training resources where required
