About Your New Role at a Dynamic Insurance Firm
We are currently looking for customer-focused and dedicated Customer Service Consultants to join our client in the Insurance sector.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will ensure a positive experience for them. A full-time position is available, with rotational shifts between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday (one Saturday shift every two-three weeks).
Due to the substantial growth of the business over the last few years, they are seeking passionate individuals to join their team.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries
- Provide accurate information on insurance products and services and attend to customer concerns
- Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Prior call centre experience is preferred but not essential
