**About the Role**

As the Administration and Media Officer, you will provide holistic administrative support to the organisation through the coordination of day-to-day administration functions, secretarial support to the leaderships, provide exceptional client interactions and coordinate the production and distribution of the social and digital content. You will ensure effective communication, document management and process management to keep activities on track between the organisation and community.

**Duties**
- Hire and coordination of function rooms
- Oversee office maintenance schedules and coordination
- Support financial transactions
- Secretarial support to leadership
- Provide exceptional customer service and engagement
- Manage social and digital media presence
- Create website content
- Newsletter preparation and distribution

**Skills & Experience**
- Recent success in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact with people using empathy and effective listening skills
- Coordination experience
- Experience communicating with people of diverse backgrounds
- Experience in preparing high quality, engaging and creative digital content
