We currently have an amazing opportunity for a people focused sales extraordinaire to join our client in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis. This isn’t your everyday sales role - In this role, you will be mentored, supported and motivated by a family-knit team of like minded individuals who focus on solution selling to their customers.

**Duties include**:

- Making outbound calls to both new and prospect customers to consult them on their needs and offer a solution focused sale
- Meet or exceed KPI’s
- Provide an exceptional level of verbal customer service to our clients’ customers and stakeholders
- Responsible for all inbound/outbound paperwork.
- Ensure data is entered into the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in regular training and sales meeting to discuss sales made and upskill yourself the be a top performer in the business

- Capability to build strong relationships with our customers and team members.
- Have interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport over the phone.
- Professional, helpful and approachable phone manor.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and prioritise accordingly
- Established computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 365.
- High level of attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
