**Supervisor role**:
**Key Requirements & Experience**:

- 1-year previous experience with leading a team is a MUST**.**:

- Strong background in Fine Dining, Functions and Events with end-to-end service.
- Supervising, evaluating, and training new and current team members.
- Complete time sheets approvals if necessary & a fill out reports.
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
- Organizing and coordinating operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints when necessary.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and standards.
- Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback throughout projects.
- Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, and create strategies to boost productivity.
- Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry.
- ** **RSA certificate and Australian police check
