Join a Global Manufacturer and Distributor as part of their small, efficient customer service and administration team. Your role will be busy and varied ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently upheld.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Assisting customers with product enquires and information
- Data entry - order processing and providing updates
- Ensuring orders have been shipped correctly
- Following up with suppliers, internal departments and shipments.
- Identifying and resolving any customer issues
- Assist the warehouse if needed - packing orders, checking stock

**To be considered for the role, you will possess**:

- A passion for customer service
- Warehouse experience is desired but not necessary
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
