**What you will do**:

- Coordinate all Indian-Market based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle.
- Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate.
- Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Chinese market.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams.
- Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the Chinese market, as well as the company vision to launch into this new market.
- Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base.

**What you will bring**:

- Retention marketing knowledge.
- Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments.
- An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication.
- **Fluent Hindi and English both written and spoken**
- You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and well organised. You know how to prioritise, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
- You can manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable.
- Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded.

**Bonus points if you also have**:

- Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
