**Best Places To Work** This is an exceptional position for a passionate and proactive Client Relationship / Sales professional to join their dynamic National team.

The main focus of the role is to support client retention strategy to ensure long-term loyalty from the existing client base. You will be provided with an exisiting portfolio of clients along with full training in the specifics of the role which will involve:

- Taking inbound calls from business customers and addressing their needs in a timely manner
- Reaching out to existing clients with little or no recent usage to transform the account into a High Value Client Account
- Achieving KPI's relating to client contact
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and managing client churn
- Reviewing detailed customer usage reports and determining opportunities or threats of client churn
- Solution selling - introducing new products to clients
- Identifying inactive or low usage clients and building prospect lists
- Gathering information on corporate clients to understand their needs

This is full time (Monday to Friday) which can be Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane based as the business has offices in each state. The company offers a permanent hybrid work from home / office arrangement - usually 2-3 days in office per week.

Remuneration is $75,000 + Super + $40,000 OTE commissions (uncapped) - these commissions are very realistic and achievable within a short period.
