- Reporting to the Group Manager of Risk and Compliance, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Team
- Run Weekly Reports including outstanding incidents, fleet compliance, corrective actions.
- Assist with End of Month Reporting.
- Assist the Team and Grace Business with completing Tenders and questionnaires.
- Managing all Helpdesk Tickets for Grace Compliance System - IMS
- Support the Return to Work initiative
- Work on Safety Initiatives and Projects
- Development of Safety Alerts and Reporting
**About You
- 1-2 years experience in an administration role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- An interest in Risk and Compliance
