**What you’ll love**:
This is a unique administration opportunity, based in Seven Hills, we are looking for an experienced Operations professional to join us and make this role your own

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide support in the processing inbound and outbound vehicles accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide guidance to drivers on weighbridge procedures and regulations.
- Respond to Customer inquiries to secure new business and manage Customer requirements
- Provide assistance to site supervisor in coordinating staff schedules.
- Other admin tasks as required including data entry, reporting and supporting site supervisor when required.

**Who you are**:

- You have prior experience in administration and operations style environment
- You’re a great communicator, with the ability to engage and inform
- You’re confident in your ability and the way that you work - adaptability, time management and organisational skills and take ownership of your role
- You’re confident in using MS Office and willing to quickly learn other systems as required
- Qualifications in Administration and/or Supply Chain would be advantageous

Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
