**About you**
We’re looking for an energetic and super-organised person who is also friendly and outgoing ie someone who:

- is confident, articulate, and has complete fluency in spoken/written English
- is comfortable/experienced with the Australian workplace culture
- is friendly, outgoing and able to approach people to promote Xugar’s culture/benefits
- pays attention to the detail, checks own work, and meets deadlines
- looks for ways to improve processes and outcomes
- has excellent analytical skills to scan/summarise/compare CVs
- can carry out duties with utmost discretion, aligned with Xugar’s values, and complying with Ausralia's HR’s regulatory environment
- has experience in HR/recruitment - JobAdder experience would be a huge advantage

**About the role**
This position works closely with the HR Manager to (a) co-ordinate the recruitment function of a busy and growing digital marketing agency (b) develop a robust talent pipeline via our JobAdder applicant tracking system and (c) support the smooth running of the office facilities and social events.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll have three main areas of responsibility:

- LinkedIn and social media
- JobAdder
- Office
supporting the culture and smooth operation of Xugar by organising the monthly Town Hall, helping managers organise regular social events, ordering groceries and stationery, and the many other seemingly small - but very important - tasks that make our company a safe, comfortable and professional workplace that runs smoothly.
