**The Opportunity**

As the People and Performance Co-ordinator, your primary purpose will be to administer the Quality and OHS Management Systems and to support in the co-ordination of inhouse learning and induction programs utilising a variety of systems currently in use and also being built. It is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented, systems confident administrator interested in where people and systems intersect.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure document and version control for workflows, procedures and work instructions
- Construct and review flowcharts and associated documentation.
- Support in the administration and coordination of internal and external audits.
- Support the People and Systems partner in the implementaton and testing of new proceses.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Communicate with key internal or external stakeholders.
- Work closely with other departments to problem solve non-conformances.
- Support the HRBP to coordinate induction and learning activities
- Maintain company training registers and records
- Create and maintain e-learning materials, systems and supporting documentation
- High attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience at producing and controlling records, process maps and documents within an ISO / Quality framework or regulated environment.
- Tertiary qualitification and 2 years plus administration experience
- Advanced ability with XL and Microsoft products, and adept at learning new software and confident with systems
