We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our Sydney Airport SESAD project team. Working closely with Sydney Airport this project comprises development of six aircraft parking bays. Scope of works will also include the extension and widening of existing taxiways to make it easier to access the new parking aprons. This multi-million project is set to commence March 2023 and will provide essential infrastructure to Sydney Airport with expected growth in passengers.

What’s on offer:
You will provide strong leadership to the project team, giving clear direction and focus on contractual activities including subcontract agreements, cost control and reporting. Your responsibilities will include the quantification and pricing of the scope of works, undertaking commercial reviews of tender documentation and reviewing and advising on cost plan estimates, submission documentation, risk/opportunity management and value engineering.

As an experience Contracts Manager, you are someone who can communicate efficiently and effectively at all organisational levels from executives to engineers and administrators, as well as with external clients, subcontractors & suppliers. You will also be able to:

- Both prioritise and problem solve, while managing internal and external stakeholder interests;
- Take ownership of contractual activities and influence outcomes that will exceed expectations;
- Quickly understand areas of concern/risk based on your past experience working in the civil construction industry;
- Thrive in a leadership role.
