As the Communications Campaign Manager, you will execute and report on communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls delivered via our communication and marketing automation platform.

The campaigns ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us. This role is crucial to ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.

This function supports Australian Residents Health Insurance, International Students and Workers, all white label brands, GU Health, new markets accessed via P2P and our Providers.
- Due to internal promotions, we have two positions available, one permanent position and one 12 month Fixed Term Contract._

You consider yourself someone who builds rapport well with a variety of stakeholders across the business. You possess the ability to work to deadlines and deliverables and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Furthermore, we’re looking for:
- Effective copywriting skills- Ability to develop and execute campaigns- Ability to report on campaign results- Knowledge of the Australian financial services / insurance industry (preferable)- Experience in operating and executing communication campaigns using marketing automation platforms (preferable)
