As the Growth Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the successful development and execution of marketing strategies to grow the breadth of our relationship with nib members by increasing the number of products held per member.

You will work with various centres of excellence within the Marketing & Digital team and across the wider business to develop cross-sell marketing campaigns and experiences to connect new and existing products with suitable members.

This role functions as a key contact for stakeholders and product owners across the business, providing transparency of performance for cross-sell marketing, sharing insights and trends as products and campaigns are designed, delivered and optimised.

You have the proven ability to measure efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and investment. Understanding each product’s target customer and corresponding value proposition will be key to success.

Furthermore, we’re looking for:
- Marketing or Business Degree qualification- Strong communication and presentation skills and high ability to influence stakeholders- Comfortable operating in ambiguity- Experience working in a fast-paced and cross-functional organisation- Experience in content marketing, member/customer communication and/or advertising creative development- Experience with sales lead generation and nurturing
