**THE ROLE**

The role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and we antipicipate the successful applicant will commence in mid January and finish at the end of July.

Join our dynamic national resourcing team in this fixed-term contract position as an Internal Recruiter. You will play a pivotal role in supporting various departments within the firm, including business operations, legal, technology consulting, and support positions.

Together, you'll collaborate on resourcing planning and strategic recruitment activities....
- Uphold our commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
- Utilise cutting-edge recruitment technology solutions in end-to-end recruitment practices including AI solutions bespoke to the firm.
- Design creative selection methodologies for rigorous assessment of technical skills and behavioural traits.
- Support specific projects and processes as needed, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- 12-18 months of experience recruiting a range of professionals (in-house experience preferred, but agency experience also valued).
- Close attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- A strong, proactive client service focus and a commitment to excellence.
- Solid knowledge of human resources and recruitment practices, with an understanding of the human resources function.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to provide advice to hiring managers regarding recruitment decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the confidence to engage with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
