Investure is a boutique brokerage led by experienced brokers who specialise in SMSF mortgages. With our growth, we are now looking for a talented Client Service Manager to play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting our brokers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the mortgage industry, with the potential to progress into a broker role in the future.

**The Role**:
As a Client Service Manager at Investure, your role will be dynamic, rewarding, and varied. You will:

- Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their mortgage journey
- Provide timely and effective updates to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage experience
- Support the brokers with day-to-day tasks, helping them grow their business while giving clients the best service possible
- Work autonomously, taking ownership of your role while being part of a close-knit team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally in the finance or mortgage industry (SMSF knowledge is a bonus)
- A genuine passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude - you’ll be trusted to manage your own workload
- The desire to grow within a business and potentially transition to a broker role down the track
