Monash Health is excited to announce the role of Health and Safety Manager, a senior safety leader, reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Director, who will lead the Health and Safety Advisory Team to partnering with business leaders to build a strong safety culture through health and safety leadership capability, implementation of the Health and Safety strategy, robust risk management, incident investigation, organisation wide training and organisational safety improvements.

You are an experienced safety leader with a track record of delivering on measurable improvements and building high performing teams. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of safety. **What You Need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health Safety / Risk Management in addition to several years of experience in a senior safety management role
- The ability to integrate the safety agenda into the broader organisation objectives in a fast paced environment
- Current driver’s license
- Demonstrated improvements in safety performance and building high performing teams
