**About the role**

Directly reporting to our Head of Identity and Access management this is a highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced delivery Manager.

In this role you will
- Manage and lead team members delivering Identity and Access Management capabilities in Coles.
- Responsible for management and delivery of Coles Identity and Access Management assets.
- Scope and cost delivery of Identity and Access Management projects
- Oversee the delivery and deployment of all Identity and Access Management projects within the agreed solution architecture, on-time and on-budget
- Take a lead role in ensuring the consistency and veracity of information across all Coles Identity and Access Management assets including liaising with owners of key source systems.
- Stakeholder & Relationship management between Identity and Access Management and All Coles Group Business teams (Supermarkets, flybuys, Coles Express, Liquor, Finance, P&C etc.).
- Lead an Identity and Access Management Centre of Excellence (CoE) leveraging external vendor partners where necessary
- Responsible for all Identity Platform uptime and timely delivery of all reports within SLA
- Work closely with software vendors on fulfilment of software development demands

**About you & your skills**

You will be an experienced delivery manager within identity and access management with a passion for driving change, diversity, and delivery across the organisation.

You’ll have:

- Proven understanding of IT systems and architecture principles.
- Proven expertise in leading an Identity CoE of large-scale, complex mission-critical Identity systems.
- Proven experience and proficiency in recruitment and building a productive software engineering team.
- Experience managing relationships with senior management teams.
- Proven experience managing a large geographically diverse team - both onshore and offshore
- Experience negotiating with third party suppliers.
- Experience in project management and business change methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Translation and alignment of business strategies into IT solutions.
- Must have experience in relationship management skills.
