**About the role**:
You will provide the portfolio delivery for Workplace Experience Support projects and governance across Commercial Technology Own Brand, Fresh, Packaged, Export, Express, and Site Services projects. This role also oversees the Front Door Estimations and Engagement capability for TSCCE.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of program and project managers for a portfolio of medium and high complexity programs and projects for transformational programs.
- The governance of projects delivered by Commercial Technology, Own Brand, Fresh, Packaged, Export, Express and Site Services teams.
- Providing a front door mechanism for TSCCE services, coordinating and completing the solutioning and estimations for these requests, using a proven and reliable framework.
- Providing a supply and demand view for TSCCE.
- Supporting business cases for projects / programs of work including estimations and solutioning
- Governing the Minor Works allocation for TSCCE.
- Providing inspirational leadership and managing capability members performance, development, training, and career pathways, ensuring culturally aligned organisational behaviours and continuous improvement is embedded to optimise organisational outcomes
- Supporting the professional development of members through deployment, defined learning and career pathways to foster growth mindsets and the adoption of continuous personal development / learning to retain talent and enhance career satisfaction.
- Developing a capability roadmap and strategy to ensure that capability area can deliver both a workforce capacity and competency to meet and exceed when the number of projects are at peak
- Articulating the benefits being delivered through these projects and having a mechanism to track these benefits.
- You will be accountable for the cost centre budget associated with your team and accountable project initiative approved funding
- You will be accountable for multiple squads of technologists that will collaborate to deliver projects/products that are aligned with Coles business objectives.

**About You**

You are an experienced and proven people leader with excellent interpersonal & leadership skills alongside analytical & problem-solving skills along with
- At least 15 years IT experience, as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Consulting role, in a waterfall or an agile environment, with experience delivering large programs of work, as well as minor works, including project to BAU considerations.
- Advanced understanding of all aspects of the technology’s broader operational environment (i.e. processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.).
- A passionate people leader who has lead members from diverse disciplines and backgrounds, running in multi speed and cadence delivery methods
- The ability to define and execute strategies that map the technology deliverables to the business goals
- Expert interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation - from your reports, peers, vendors and partners, stakeholders to senior executives
- Experience using metrics to measure, influence and initiate change and behaviours that directly impact customer success
- The ability to tell a story, ensuring you can translate complex technical solutions and advice into clear, specific information that is understood by all
- Proven capabilities in vendor, partner and stakeholder relationship management
- Demonstrated success in enabling the launch of high quality and business critical products, in a complex enterprise production environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and persuade outcomes / direction
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Experience managing relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
