**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for a Sales and Service Specialist to join our team located in both Melbourne. In this position you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage for their specialist motor insurance needs.

To be successful in this position you will be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities that are in line with customer’s needs whilst having a passion for cars.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term or Secondment opportunity. Applications close on the 8th of September unless filled prior.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Be passionate about cars - this can include a passion for the classics or you could be a hobbiyest
- Previous customer service experience - for example, sales, hospitality, or retail
- Be solutions focused, with the ability to think critically and analyse specific situations
- Have a willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
