**Responsibilities**
**be responsible for**
**the following**:
- High level administrative support to the Director and wider employee relations team
- Meeting coordination; scheduling meetings and appointments, booking rooms and creating links for online meetings
- Summarise and prepare agendas, minutes, memos and correspondence
- Coordinate the workflow of documents requiring approval of the Director
- Liaise with staff groups, public and private sector agencies
- Support the team and assist in preparing briefing and committee papers
- Be first point of contact for the team over the phone
- Other adhoc responsibilities as requested
**Requirements/Skills**
- Ideally previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or Team Assistant
- Exceptional interpersonal skills - strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong relationship management skills
- Must have minute taking experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
- Comfortable working with or learning Google drive, Excel, Outlook, Word & Webex
