**Location: Onsite - Work from the Sydney office**:

- **Rate: $45- $50/hr + Super.**

**Requirements**:
The work required by the role includes:

- Support of end-user device hardware such as printers, desktops, laptops, monitors, tablets, smartphones, desk phones, accessories and audio-visual equipment.
- Use a ticketing system to log all requests and issues and promptly respond to Service Desk queries.
- First and second-level windows software support and troubleshooting.
- Manage hardware and software escalations with vendors.
- First-level support of network and telephony environment.
- End user device and venue ICT setup, configuration, and support during Elections.
- Software deployment and testing
- Create and update user and technical guides for our Service Desk knowledgebase
- Maintain asset databases ensuring they are always up to date

**Skills and experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good time management skills
- Experience within the IT industry
- Good experience installing and configuring computer and network equipment

**Essential requirements**:

- Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.

**Working hours**:
During election events, you may be required to work rostered hours, after hours and weekends to support business operations.

This role is not WFH suitable and will require to be onsite

**Must have Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident and should be residing in NSW**.
