**THE ROLE**
The Briefing and Correspondence Officer will play a key role in providing a wide range of, administration and internal stakeholder support within the Office of the Chief Development Officer and the Housing Development Branch with focus on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to affordable housing for Victorians. The role requires the ability to operate in a complex and dynamic environment and will require exercising initiative and sound judgement.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
1. Provide high level support to the Principal Adviser and Office of the Chief Development Officer andprovide project, broader administrative and program management support to the Housing Development Branch.
2. Coordinate administrative processes and procedures for the branch to ensure high quality and timely responses to correspondence, briefings and Ministerial requests, including liaising across the leadership team and with the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.

**COVID-19 VACCINATION**
