**Position Information**:
We are seeking a Revenue/Funding Officer to join our Accounts team at our Head Office, which is located in the heart of Sydney CBD.

This role is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Administration Manager. As a key member of this team, you will be able to hit the ground running and provide core support to our Accounts Receivable and Funding teams.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Reconciliation of government funding & resident accounts
- Reviewing and finalising the agreements
- Processing resident billings and ensuring they are on time and accurate.
- Establishing and processing direct debits
- Processing and ensuring admissions, discharges, and transfers are correctly maintained.
- Confirming receipting is completed prior to billing
- Processing adjustments
- Generating and distributing resident Invoices/Statements
- Providing advice and support to administration staff across different sites
- Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
- General administration tasks

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least 2 years previous experience in high volume accounts receivable position
- Relevant Aged care experience is preferable
- A service-oriented approach - always looking for ways to assist our residents
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

**Important Information**:

- You must have or be able to obtain a current National Police Check (AFP Code 22) and be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Functional Assessment to be eligible for the role.
- All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
