**About the Role**
As Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in delivering on our acquisition strategy by on-boarding penultimate and final year medical, dental, and veterinary students and graduates. You will be responsible for achieving individual sales and growth targets whilst providing exceptional customer service to our core client base.

Your key responsibilities will also include:

- Working collaboratively within the National Student and Graduates’ team to develop a portfolio of new clients.
- Engaging with new and existing clients, and assisting them with their banking solutions.
- Promoting and selling our leading student and graduate packages to our core clients, including meeting prospective clients at events, universities and/or place of work to conduct interviews and determine financial position and objectives.
- Assisting the greater team with the implementation and ongoing development of the client acquisition and retention strategy, as well as the marketing strategy for events and university seminars.

**About you**
Your success in this role will rely on your strong communication, and rapport building skills.
You demonstrate an aptitude for the Banking, Finance, and Industry niches. You are a team player with a positive can-do attitude, and have a solid understanding of all things credit, risk, security, and BOQS transactional banking.

You present well and behave with integrity and professionalism, enabling you to build strong relationship with clients very quickly. This is also backed by your high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and demonstrated positive sales track record.

The following is also essential for this role:

- Holding a driver’s license
- Having a reliable form of transport.
- Certificate 4 (Financial Services & Mortgage Broking)
- A relevant degree would be preferable, but experience is most valued.
