We have excellent opportunity to join our Computershare Investor Services (CIS) team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build on their stakeholder engagement skills as well as form strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

**A role you will love**

Based in our Brisbane City office, the Relationship Manager is a key member of the Client Relations team. You will work closely with the General Manager to provide excellent service in order to protect and advance Computershare’s commercial interests and business performance in terms of finance, efficiency, and quality through superior client satisfaction outcomes.

Additionally, the role will also require you to proactively pursue new revenue, enterprise leads, open doors and onboard new customers. Your focus will be to sell our registry services to listed companies, unlisted and new listings, i.e. IPOs/M&As. Further, you will support an enterprise approach to new business.

Essential to your success in this role will be your market presence, established and sound networks and relationships.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and develop the ongoing business relationships between CIS and existing clients by ensuring that client needs are met through responsive high quality service delivery
- Protect and advance Computershare’s commercial interests and thereby making a positive contribution business performance in terms of finance, efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction outcomes
- Identify, develop and win new business opportunities by building and developing a sales pipeline
- Manage sales opportunities from prospecting to close
- Foster engagement with intermediaries such as investment banks, lawyer's and brokers.

**What will you bring to the role?**

Critical to your success in this role, will be strong client’s customer service experience, the Relationship Manager provides ongoing day to day specialist support as well as project management services to their clients.

**Other key skills required include**:

- Experience in working with a high portfolio of clients
- High attention to detail
- A proven ability to multitask and prioritise
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills to respond to queries which will range in complexity
- Knowledge of financial services market / industry is preferred.
- Successful track record selling to the listed market or financial services market
- Proven industry networks, including C-suite professionals and intermediaries
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing proposals
- Exceptional relationship building and solutions-based selling skills
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining business relationships.
