**The opportunity**

We are currently seeking an experienced Training Developer to support our internal and customer training programs.

As a Training Developer, you will develop engaging training and provide specialist support to both our internal and our customer support training programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse training requirements and develop innovative, relevant and engaging technical training support solutions
- Design, develop and implement tailored training programs, materials and assessments using contemporary and emerging methodologies
- Assist in the evaluation of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to training design, development and delivery for internal and external customers
- Review training products to ensure that they comply with commercial, government, regulatory and organisational standards, specifications, processes and procedures as applicable

**Experience/Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, testing and evaluation of technical training programs
- Experience with multimedia development, editing and production
- 5+ years' experience in training design and development
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to produce high quality work within tight timeframes
- Highly developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements

**Desirable**:

- Experience with Defence Training
- Develop innovative, relevant and engaging training solutions
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
