**Role**:
Attendance hours will be 5 days per week, 7.00am -3.06pm.

Accurate, timely and comprehensive administration of relief staffing organisation of the school day is the core element of this role. An integrated workflow will be required to monitor the link between the employment of casual staff, the temporary replacement of permanent staff on leave and local payroll services.

The person in this position will be required to provide high level information to the Executive Team and be a pro-active member of the Operations Team.

The administration of staffing for all events, excursions and activities in the school timetable is managed through Edval, Edval Daily, Compass and Edupay Software.

The successful applicant will be required to have a positive attitude, outstanding analytical and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to change on short notice.

The ability to build professional relationships with a wide range of individuals will be essential. There will be a need to undertake a variety of tasks with a high level of independence, personal motivation and confidence. Supervision and support are always close at hand but independent decision making within the set guidelines and procedures will be expected. The person in this role will be expected to have competency in analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel. A sound expertise in the specific software programs Edval, Edval Daily, Compass and Edupay would be an advantage but will be expected to be learned quickly and understood to a high level.

**Responsibilities**:
**Daily Organisation**
In consultation with the Operations Committee
- Ensure classes, study periods and yard duties are covered by extras, in lieu, replacement CRT¿s or Agency Staff in line with school policy using Edval Daily & Compass Software
- Publish/distribute daily extras, room changes, Tute cover details on TEAMS before the start of each school day.
- Attend morning briefings to update staff of changes to the daily schedule.
- Liaise with Domain Leaders to ensure appropriate work left by absent staff for replacement teacher/s.
- Support teaching staff with the preparation of staff rosters for camps, excursions, end of year programs and program supervisions providing supporting cover for these events.
- Ensure daily data integrity between Edval Daily and Compass.
- To track and report on fortnightly staffing load, including formal reports to the Principal Advisory Committee

**School Local Payroll**
- Manage CRT pre-employment checks, induction and IT access.
- Establish individual CRT Files and local payroll preparation in line with HR Checklist.
- Liaise with Principal & Business Manager regarding replacement staff for short and long-term staff absences.
- Verify CRT & Locally paid staff timesheets on SLP in line with Daily Org records.
- Prepare and enter Locally paid staff timesheets on Edupay.

**School Operations**:

- Provide Principal Team, PAC & Executive Team with timely reports as required, including a regular summary of extras taken by each individual staff member.
- Liaise with the Assistant Principal Operations and/or the Operations Team to ensure action and communication to support staffing and room changes to the daily/weekly routine.
- Manage Parent Teacher Interview /Course Selection Day process (in consultation with the AP - Operations) including creating appointment schedules in Compass, allocate and plan rooms, coordinate with Facilities Manager for timely room setup, produce printed information & Teacher ID cards.
- Provide staffing support for the Director of Year 9 with administrative requirements for NAPLAN testing.
- Plan & manage annual school photo operational logistic on the day in conjunction with Attendance Officer and Assist Prin (Operations)
