**About the role**

We have an ongoing opportunity for an outcome focused Manager Delivery Office/ PMO Manager to join our Systems Group. In this role you will define, uplift, and manage the Delivery Office services and capabilities, including portfolio reporting, project support activities, resource management and project finances to support the Systems Group portfolio objectives.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Provide delivery support services to program
- and project managers, including reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality control and post project benefits tracking and reporting.
- Leading demand management practices, including prioritisation of demand relative to the strategic roadmaps as set by Systems Group Strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
- Ongoing uplift of the hybrid waterfall/agile PMO’s maturity including introducing new capabilities, uplifting value adding capabilities and retiring obsolete and old capabilities.

**About you**

You will possess exceptional leadership skills that will help drive the end-to-end demand management and project support processes. Your strong project management skills give you the edge on delivering major and large ICT/digital projects that are complex and sensitive in nature.

You can forward plan and build processes which are practical and aligned to the broader vision of the business. You have experience leading and guiding a team of highly specialist individuals and give them the support to foster stronger working relationships across the business. Your communication is impeccable, you are analytical and highly organised.

Key to your success will be:

- Significant experience in related field and/or degree qualification equivalent
- Relevant PMO/ Prince 2/ Lean Agile certification or other relevant project management qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience implementing recognised project management methodology.
- Significant experience delivering major or large-scale ICT/Digital projects to meet business needs in a complex organisational change environment.
- Experience in delivering ICT/Digital projects across its full lifecycle

**Highly Regarded**:

- Experience in government communication, policies and procedures
- Strong ability to manage self and others in the execution of Portfolio, Program and Project controls
- Strong stakeholder and communications skills to all levels of an organisation
- Experience in project governance, controls including financial and stakeholder communications
- Experience in managing both waterfall and agile delivery office/PMO's
