**About the opportunity**
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our established Transformation Office working within the Transformation, Strategy, Prioritisation and Delivery team that specialise in a variety of services to support and advise on strategic priorities relating to the current and growing demand in development of future state operating models across the department.

**What you'll be doing**
The Manager Strategy and Delivery leads and manages a team to advise, develop, implement and drive internal business and cultural transformation activities and programs to meet strategic, executive and government priorities.
Key duties will include:
- Advise, design, develop and implement strategies and programs to empower the business to deliver transformational and cultural change which responds to and furthers current and future needs.
- Manage and build constructive relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to foster innovation, collaboration and build capability, agility and engagement to influence and enable consistent service delivery and practices to the business.
- Ensuring a positive team culture and strong performance given diverse functions and a complex and changing work environment.
- Balancing competing demands and responding flexibly to ensure the achievement of multiple objectives, given limited resources and tight deadlines.

- Ability to deliver under pressure and manage time as needed.
- Strong ability to work as a team to deliver outcomes.
