Inventory Controller

As an Inventory Controller, you will collaborate closely with the CEOs to drive business growth by implementing expert stock and warehouse processes. Your decisions will be data-driven and backed by sound judgement, aiming to provide an exceptional service experience for both colleagues and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of inventory management, ensuring appropriate stocking levels to meet the increasing demand.
- Ensure accurate stock transactions across all stakeholders.
- Source new products and explore alternative options when necessary.
- Maintain supplier documentation and ensure adherence to contracted pricing agreements.
- Manage purchase orders, freight consolidation, quality control during receiving, and resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Handle warranty claims with suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels, establish and maintain minimum stock levels and Economic Order Quantities (EOQs).
- Conduct stock reconciliation.
- Assist in stock count activities and implement best practices for stock organization.
- Collaborate closely with the team to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Promote the safe and efficient use of warehouse equipment.
- Be proactive in the warehouse environment, identifying and implementing potential improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehousing software.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Inventory Management/FMCG.
- Background in purchasing is preferred.
- Qualifications or training in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal right to reside and work in Australia.
- Sound understanding of warehouse storage and processes.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
