About us
Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a public entity established by the Court Services Victoria Act 2014 to provide expert administrative support to Victoria's courts: the Supreme Court, the County Court, the Magistrates' Court, the Children's Court, and the Coroners Court, as well as the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Judicial College of Victoria, and the Judicial Commission. This role operates within the Digital branch, which is a part of Jurisdiction Services (JS). JS is the specialist service arm of CSV that provides support to the courts and VCAT in a range of corporate functions including human resources; finance; facilities; assets and contract management; security; risk, audit and compliance; project management; business intelligence; communications; business review and improvement; technology; and transcription services.
About the role
CSV has evolved organically and grown rapidly over the years to support the delivery of new technology solutions across the Courts Group. Since the beginning of the pandemic, the pace of having reliable, integrated, and innovative digital capabilities has never been more important. One of our key objectives is to become a trusted IT strategic partner to the Courts Group by understanding their needs and supporting the delivery of their strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to join us and grow our digital support function to ensure the Digital team is at the forefront of technology services.
- Contributing to our CSV Digital Strategy and turning the strategy into achievable goals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including departments, agencies, and jurisdictions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and providing expert advice on emerging problems, trends, and issues for strategy, architecture, jurisdiction engagement, and portfolio management services.
About you
- Managing teams in a complex service delivery environment
- Proven experience in planning, strategy, and delivery of a range of cross portfolio ITS projects
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders in a complex environment and developing long standing productive relationships
