The Licensing and Regulatory Interventions (LARI) unit is responsible for administering four key streams of operations - processing and advising on licensing and authorisations; the provision of advice on work health and electrical safety matters; triaging of workplace incident and complaint notifications; and compliance and business engagement to support the licensing framework.
The Authorisations and Advisory Services team implements the licensing and authorisations framework including high risk work, accredited assessors, asbestos removalist and assessor, demolition and plant registration, as well as providing advice to stakeholders and the general public on work health and electrical safety matters.
At times you may be required, under the direction of the Manager, Authorisations, to relieve in other Client Service Officer roles in Licensing and Regulatory Interventions.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is responsive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. You will be accountable, able to problem solve, work collaboratively and take ownership to enable success in this role.
