**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Provide high levels of customer service, acting as the contact point for new and existing clients
- Provide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties within the team
- Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds;
- Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Working experience as a Client Service Office supporting Financial Advisers
- Outstanding organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to learn with a growth mindset towards their development
- A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously or collaboratively within a close team
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture, as well as manage their role autonomously
