- The Jean Hailes Clinics are highly regarded specialist in women’s health clinics._ One clinic is in Melbourne CBD and the other in Clayton. The Operations Clinic Team are pivotal and responsible for delivering patient centred, proficient clinical services for approximately 40 Clinicians across different disciplines.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Role Includes**:

- Billing Accuracy and Efficiency for the health contractors
- Ensuring the focus on patient care through customer service
- Answering the phone demonstrating professionalism, empathy and knowledge
- Maintaining stock levels, consultant room readiness, and administrative support.
- Staff Rostering working with the CBD Patient Services Team Leader.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Essential Criteria**

To be considered for this role you must have:

- A minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP or Specialist Clinic.
- Experience with Best Practice Software
- Experience with HotDoc booking system
- Knowledge of MBS Billing, Tyro, EftPos, Hicaps, Specialist billing
- Possess excellent communication skills in written and verbal
- Superior customer service skills
- Friendly, motivated and organised

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience and understanding of Accreditation requirements, safe practices and triage processes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
