**The Opportunity**:
We currently have multiple positions which includes two-year fixed term contract as well as permanent roles within our Service Delivery and Operations team.

The team is responsible for policy and performance in areas of critical Scheme value. These include, eligibility, return to work, dispute management, whole person impairment and serious injury.

**Your day to day role may involve the following**:

- Maintain and implement clear and concise operational instructions
- Communicate RTWSA’s policy and expectations to agents and other relevant stakeholders
- Use your scheme knowledge to support and direct decision making in areas of critical scheme value
- Participate in business/process improvement
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance in areas of critical value to the Scheme and work processes

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an in depth understanding of the Return to Work Scheme and relevant legislation. Applicants with scheme experience, allied health or legal/dispute resolution experience are encouraged to apply.

**What we offer**:
The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $90,940 (exclusive of superannuation).
