As the Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for the strategic delivery of LCA’s clinical training program for Laser Hair, Skin Treatments and Product across 12 WA and 6 SA Clinics. Your success will be measured by the upskilling of Clinic Managers/Therapists and expert support for Clinic Owners.

**As a Technical Trainer WA/SA, you will**:

- Planning & process driven; prepare and deliver the Annual Clinic Training calendar, to ensure clinic staff are highly skilled in all treatments
- Systems & computer knowledge; drive engagement with our LMS and ensure programs and materials are up to date
- Stakeholder management; assist the Franchise Partner in inducting the new employees including training on clinic processes and systems
- Training & coaching; travel to new clinic openings to support the pre and post trade technical training
- People orientated; develop and maintain key industry relationships: suppliers, beauty schools, TAFES
- Problem solving; identify and implement process improvement opportunities

**Your background/qualifications**:

- Must be able to provide Laser Hair Removal and Superficial Cosmetic procedures (pigment/vascular removal with laser) according to Western Australian legislation
- Must be able to supervise and sign off trainees for Laser Hair Removal and Superficial Cosmetic procedures (pigment/vascular removal with laser) according to Western Australian legislation
- Beauty Therapy experience is essential (minimum 5+ years)
- Tertiary qualifications in beauty therapy, Diploma or Certificate VI
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is essential
- Laser Safety Officer
- Maintain Infection Control
- Skinstitut Ambassador, CoolSculpting & Kleresca certification preferred
