Imagine a 170-year-old bluestone castle style building, complete with a hatted restaurant, a world-first urban retreat housed in a converted jail, and a wine bar that The Australian has dubbed "perhaps the most Melbourne thing ever."
Now, add a modern Adina Apartment Hotel tower, all set in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant arts community.
Chapter Place offers nine extraordinary spaces, each reminiscent of the country's best regional MICE venues, yet just 20 minutes from the CBD and the airport.
These walls have seen it all, but you’ll bring new energy. Here at Chapter Place, you'll create and deliver conferences and events that not only set industry benchmarks but break and redefine them.

**What You Can Expect**:

- The chance to take ownership within an evolving international group and shape the future direction of the company.
- Be the face of a high-profile property, destined to be the talk of the town.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing business relationships with large corporate clients and TMCs.
- Present to hotel owners, General Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients, driving new business opportunities through sales calls, presentations, virtual updates, and site inspections.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and execute financial strategies.
- Drive revenue through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and reports to support business needs.
- Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with both internal and external departments to secure business and ensure event success.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor analysis to develop marketing initiatives that drive revenue during key periods.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, administrative sales role.
