**The Opportunity**
As our Retail Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure an optimal working environment across our OPSM, Oakley, Sunglass Hut and Laubman & Pank stores. In this 12 month contract role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling regular building safety and security inspections and maintaining our retail stores equipment.
- Coordinating building and equipment maintenance schedules
- Responding to urgent maintenance calls through our Service Desk.
- Organizing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers
- Reporting to our Design & Construction Director on a regular basis.
**Skills & Experience**
- Prior experience in facility coordination, project management, or Real Estate
- Organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Previous SAP experience highly desired
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and functions simultaneously
- High level communication skills
- Motivated, confident, and enthusiastic
- Strong team player - willing to “pitch in “if required
