Right now, we’re seeking a Complaints Specialist who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.
**About the role**
As a Complaints Specialist you will administer, promote and innovate the TAC’s Complaint Management Framework, review investigate and respond to complaints, prepare and coordinate written responses and briefings in relation to CEO correspondence, Ministerial and Ombudsman enquiries. The successful incumbent will be responsible for building frontline complaint handling competency and reporting through assessment and delivery of development activities.
**About the Team**
Working collaboratively with a tight knit team of 6, you’ll work closely and share knowledge and best practices to enhance the collective expertise of the team. You will be supported by the Complaints Manager who is approachable and highly prioritises the mental health and wellbeing of the team.
