**About the role**
As the Customer Relationship Executive, you will partner with Business Customers to achieve growth targets and provide the delivery of end-to-end structured sales campaigns to retain, acquire and contract customers for Origin Zero. While maintaining market share through managing the commodity business, you will partner with medium to large electricity & gas commercial and industrial customer segments. You will uncover their business needs for decarbonised energy solutions, manage and resolve customer enquiries and issues throughout the contract lifecycle. Reporting to the Portfolio Leader, this role has a national focus and will primarily be phone based. We are looking for a sales professional who is passionate about building long-term working relationships and providing innovative solutions in the energy solutions space.

It ensures exceptional customer experiences, fosters loyalty and drives revenue growth through proactive targeting of opportunities. With a focus on innovation, it plays a pivotal role in both environmental impact and business success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Grow Origin Zero by partnering with Business Customers to support the shift to more tailored and flexible energy solutions.
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries and issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Provide a positive customer experience to existing and potential customers while adhering to processes, regulatory, legislative, and business requirements in a timely manner.
- Proactively target customers and opportunities to help expand and meet revenue and volume growth objectives.
- Provide an accurate market reflective offer for customers which supports current business strategies
**What will you bring?**
- Experience in a similar Strategic Account Manager or Relationship Manager role
- Outstanding practical use of Salesforce CRM to its best capabilities
- Qualifications in sales or marketing (desirable)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing own portfolio of clients with a strategic and customer centric approach
- Proven ability to build, maintain and leverage strong business relationships both with internal and external customers
