Executive Assistant

**The Role**:
Supporting the CEO, you will be required to provide high-level, executive support. Your responsibilities will include:
Extensive diary and meeting management

Arranging and managing travel and expenses

Liaising with stakeholders

Collating information and preparing reports

Board assistance and minute taking

Supporting strategic initiatives

Event support

Adhoc assistance for other senior managers

Undertaking mínimal office management duties

**To Be Successful**:
Previous experience supporting C-Suite

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A proactive thinker with strong business acumen

Ability to anticipate the Executive’s needs
