Executive Assistant - Sydney Office - Max term contract


A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant on a 12-month parental leave max term contract who loves adventure, multitasking and is excited about technology.

You are a born organiser who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

In this Sydney based role, you will provide executive, administrative and confidential support to Our Chief Legal & Transformation Officer and Chief Financial Officer and their wider teams as well as Investor Relations program management.


Who are you?- Provide strategic and confidential support to Chief Legal & Transformation Officer (CLTO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Complex diary management booking meetings, monitoring the need to move meetings, fielding diary requests
  • Managing the organisation of schedule for business review meetings in relation to yearend results and investor roadshow planning and execution
  • Assisting and sharing responsibility for administrative Company Secretarial matters supporting with Board Planning, Board Paper processes, Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM)
  • Document and presentation preparation using Google Suite products as well as Word, Excel and Powerpoint


 Document Management
  • Maintaining version control of draft documents, arranging execution of documents and filing executed documents in relevant files.
  • Coordinating events and conferences across Australia
  • Team coordination and management organizing team meetings, team updates (Finance newsletter), team events
  • Travel arrangements and expense management
  • General support and administration as required

What will really catch our eye:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Team Assistant in a corporate environment to C
  • suite level Executive (professional services, legal, accountancy firms preferred)
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to deal with multiple tasks
  • Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Experience using Gmail and other Google Suite is an advantage
  • Experience with complex diary and travel management
  • Strong attention to detail, a confident attitude and professional presentation.
  • Experience in arranging internal and external roadshows would be beneficial

Who will I work with?

  • Our CLTO is responsible for the legal and regulatory compliance of the Domain Group as well as the Project Governance & Advisory Function, a newly created function to support the delivery of strategic projects through the provision of governance, structure, tools, processes and consistency in approach and our CFO leads Domain's Finance Function. This role will commence mid June, ending in late June 2024.***
