**About the role**

As the Online Campaign Manager for Coles Online, you will be responsible for the delivery of our online events and campaigns across web & App. Your role will develop and manage the execution framework of our trade plan to drive increased site conversion and customer engagement.
- Responsible for the delivery of our online events and campaigns across web & App.
- Work closely with our Online Trade, Merchandise & Site Operations team to deliver end to end campaign excellence.
- Responsible for the customer journey of our online campaign execution, identifying points of improvement or friction for customers.
- Manage key conversion points in the conversion funnel on site, including the optimization of key website templates, landing pages and banners.
- Responsible for acting as customer advocate, collaborating with other departments (especially Merchandise and Supplier Income) to ensure that on-site executions are designed to achieve high commercial performance and operational excellence
- Source and Analyse relevant customer insights to shape optimisation opportunities, working with data analytics, internal insights teams and external suppliers
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Brand teams to deliver the best campaign content and designs for online customers.

**About you and your skills**:

- Commercial experience in digital, preferably in retail
- Experience working in an online trading environment within a competitive retail** **market
- Strong understanding of how to drive conversion through site optimisation
- Experience in planning and managing cross-functional lead times
- Customer First mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in leading a team
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment Tertiary qualification in e-commerce, digital marketing or related field
- Exceptional passion for delivering for customers
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
