**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & Customer Experience, you are responsible for developing the growth strategy for all Coles Liquor brands including Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars.

You’ll take ownership for developing and executing the online trade strategy to drive omnichannel and online growth.

You’ll also:

- Responsible for the online sales, profit budgets and forecasting partnering with finance.
- Developing am online growth strategy by brand for the year and then by quarter to deliver on the above objectives.
- Manage the weekly trade reporting and competitor analysis, working with the team on clear actions and levers to pull to optimise the customer experience and drive sales
- Drive the merchandising and planning strategy of product demand for online, supporting our category teams with driving sales and forecasting with supply chain.
- Partner with the category teams and suppliers on driving category and product sales
- Providing feedback on customer demands and trends to drive overall growth.
- Team leadership, developing clear KPIs and development plans to support growth
- To work with General Managers across stores, supply chain and merchandise, to ensure they understand the plans and their roles in supporting them
- Work collaboratively with suppliers to manage the launch of new products, speed to market, provision of market leading value and launch of strategic initiatives

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a commercial leader with proven trade experience within online trade in a competitive retail market. You have proven success in delivering best in market commercial and customer results. Experience within liquor is highly preferred.

You’ll also need:

- Proven experience managing FMCG eCommerce sites and businesses as well as leading online trade teams in a competitive retail market
- Extensive experience in eCommerce, digital marketing and channel management as well as eCommerce product development and managing web development teams
- Previous experience driving online conversion through CX, UX and CRO in a large complex organisation requiring extensive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Exposure to complex back-end systems and business processes within a regulated industry
- Proven ability to deliver compelling communication to a senior leadership team to gain support of ideas that delivered business KPI improvements
