Insurance Case Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our South Australian Investigations unit as an Insurance Case Support Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with our Investigations team, wider corporate services team, and Divisional Managers in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to enquiries via phone and email from both internal and external parties;
- Updating valued clients on the progress of investigation cases & managing portfolio aspects including timeframes, SLA requirements, workflows & resource capacity management;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- Liaison with suppliers to coordinate required services for investigators;
- Data entry and administration within our SaaS case management system;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution;
- A myriad of other interesting support tasks that may be required
