**Our Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning, this role will contribute to creating a culture of continuous learning, inclusion & diversity, career development, and a strong team of leaders.

The key purpose of the role is to support leadership, learning and talent initiatives that deliver the AMP people strategy. This role is responsible for coordinating various aspects of the graduate program, leadership & learning programs, talent management initiatives and talent acquisition to ensure the successful execution of key programs of work.

Having excellent relationship management skills, you will be collaborating with various stakeholders to assist in scheduling training sessions, graduate rotations, and managing learning resources.

Working closely with the Graduate Program Manager, you will assist in the development and recruitment of the graduates and interns with program management and development sessions.

Furthermore, as well as identifying and assisting the graduates 6 monthly rotations opportunities, you will also be maintaining records and reporting.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Administration and logistics support for learning events, including venue and catering booking, materials preparation and participant and SME communication as well as invoice processing.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations including collection and analysing feedback to help monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Providing ongoing support for our New Starter programs.
- Monitoring the leadership and learning inbox to respond to or triage queries.
- Monitoring the talent acquisition inbox to respond to or triage queries.
- Providing coordination support for cyclical talent reviews and succession planning. Providing administration support for the assessment component of talent, learning and leadership programs.

**What you will bring to the team**
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint), as well as MS Outlook and MS Teams
- Coordination and administrative experience gained in a similar position (within a People and Culture team highly desirable). Knowledge of Learning Management Systems highly desirable
